Stonerise Healthcare is full-service network of skilled nursing care centers that provide rehabilitation services, clinical therapies, treatments, and programs for short-term or long-term durations of care.
As part of Stonerise Healthcare, a family of nursing and rehabilitation facilities – CareHaven, Mapleshire, and Springfield – provides comprehensive care of residents who are not ill enough to require hospitalization, yet have become unable to live alone due to the nature of their medical conditions.
