Our Safety Promise
There is nothing we take more seriously than the health and safety of our patients and team members. The Stonerise Safety Promise is an important part of the clinician-led transitional care we provide, which focuses on prevention, detection and treatment, and support.
We implement aggressive infection, disease, injury and other prevention efforts to keep our patients and team members safe and healthy.
Detect & Treat
We act quickly to detect patient and team member needs, and to safely treat them with a personalized, clinician-led care plan.
We provide our patients, their loved ones and our employees with tools and resources to support their well being throughout their time with us, and even into their next steps.
Living Our Promise
Our Safety Promise is a living commitment that changes to best meet the needs of our patients and their families, and our team members. This is how we’re Living Our Promise.
Safety Promise Proof Points
Safe Harbor Units
We operate Safe Harbor Units in coordination with local hospitals and providers to protect our current patients’ health and safety while offering safe spaces for new admissions. Learn more about Safe Harbor units here.
Guardian Angels & Televisits
While social and physical distancing remains necessary, we have acted to keep patients and their loved ones connected and informed. Each of our patients is provided with a Guardian Angel – a member of our staff – who maintains regular, personal communication with both the patient and his or her family. Click here to schedule a televisit.
Limitations are in place for visitors to protect the health and safety of patients and staff. We are closely following state guidelines as our centers re-open to outside visitors and taking necessary precautions to prevent the spread of illness.
Protective Equipment, Supplies and Sanitization
Our care teams continue to use masks, gloves and other equipment to keep our patients and each other healthy and safe, while continuing to follow local, state and federal guidelines for cleanliness and sanitization.
Seasonal Illness Screenings
Infection monitoring and control may be a new issue for many Americans, but it’s nothing new to the clinician-led care teams at Stonerise. We are committed to flu season screenings, education and prevention protocols, in addition to other seasonal illnesses.
Patient Vitality Programs
For the mental and overall well being of our patients, we offer safe activities and even dedicated chaplains.
