Stonerise Healthcare Issues Statement on Statewide Testing of Patients and Employees
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (April 22, 2020, 11 a.m.) – Stonerise Healthcare Chief Executive Officer, Larry Pack issued the following statement today regarding COVID-19 testing within skilled nursing centers.
“At Stonerise Healthcare, there is nothing we take more seriously than the safety and wellbeing of our patients and the people who care for them. During these challenging times, our mission to do what is best for our patients, employees and families has never been stronger.
We are eager to work collaboratively with Gov. Justice’s office as well as local and state health officials to ensure our patients and team members throughout the state can be tested quickly. Our team is working to finalize a plan to provide comprehensive testing at our skilled nursing centers, and we anticipate having more details to share about our plans in the coming days. We remain committed to doing our part to lessen the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in West Virginia and will continue to work with local and state officials in the best interest of the people we serve. As we have more specific details to share, we promise to do so.”
